1. Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Java and Spring Boot
- Strong hands-on experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Experience in designing and developing cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure
- Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology and cross-team collaboration
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
2. Good to Have Skills
- Experience in JavaScript and UI frameworks (preferably React JS)
- Exposure to AI/ML integration within Java applications
- Knowledge of optimizing and automating development using AI technologies
