We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer with strong expertise in Advanced Java and enterprise application development. The candidate will be responsible for customization, development, integration, testing, and implementation of Openbravo ERP, along with CRM portal integration and development of analytical dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
Responsibilities
1. ERP Development & Customization
- Develop and customize modules in Openbravo ERP.
- Design new functional enhancements and workflows.
- Develop custom reports, forms, and process automation.
- Optimize ERP performance and resolve bugs/issues.
2. Integration & API Development
- Integrate Openbravo ERP with CRM portals and third-party systems.
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
- Implement GR/IR reconciliation logic, financial workflows, and inventory integration.
3. Testing & Deployment
- Unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
- Deployment in staging and production environments.
- Version control and release management.
4. Dashboard & Data Analytics
- Develop management dashboards using:
- Power BI
- SQL-based reporting tools
- Other BI visualization tools
- Develop KPI dashboards for:
- Production efficiency
- Feed cost analysis
- Batch traceability
- Inventory turnover
- Farm performance metrics
Required Technical Skills
1. Core Technologies:
· Core & Advanced Java (SpringBoot, Hibernate)
· Openbravo ERP development framework
· PostgreSQL / Oracle DB
· REST API Development
· JSON / XML handling
· Maven / Git
2. Frontend & Dashboard:
· React (preferred)
· HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Data visualization tools
· Power BI (Data Modelling, DAX)
3. Additional Preferred Skills:
· Linux Server Deployment`
· Docker (optional)
· ERP Financial modules knowledge
· Inventory & Production module expertise
Educational Qualification
· B.Tech / BE in Computer Science / IT or MCA / MSc (IT)
· Certifications in Java
· Certifications in ERP systems are an advantage
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in:
- Java enterprise development
- ERP customization & implementation
- Database design and optimization
- Business process mapping
Experience in manufacturing or agri-industry ERP projects is highly preferred.
