Must-Have**
- Experience in leading a team of java developers in development programs using core Java technologies incl. relevant frameworks like
Angular, ExtJs, Hibernate, Spring MVC Concepts , Spring Boot and Spring Batch Applications
- Excellent technical grasp on modern day application architecture such as micro-services development, RESTful Webservices etc.
- Usage of GenAI IDE Extensions/Copilots for SDLC
- Knowledge of DevOps/CICD automation.
- Ability for stakeholder management, Excellent communication, and good attitude.
- Extended IST working hours due to client base across Geographies.
Good-to-Have
- Any prior experience in BFSI domain will be an advantage.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1
Java SME to participate in key technical discussions regarding typical java code constructs in a modern application development.

Provide java technology support in all development and testing activities to meet the desired outcome through the converted code.

Ability to work directly with customer technical team on code level compliance etc.

Solutioning mindset to offer ideas and options in dealing with complex scenarios if any.

Proactive approach and attitude to take up challenges as and when encountered.

Ability to provide continuous improvement feedback for the product enrichment
