Hiring Alert | Senior Java Developer
CTC: Up to 22 LPA Overall**
Location: Pune, India | Experience: 6-8 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office | 1 Day Work from Home)
We are looking for an experienced "Senior Java Developer" to join a high-performing engineering team building large-scale, enterprise-grade digital platforms for the Banking and Financial Services domain.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing scalable backend systems, developing high-performance microservices, and delivering secure, mission-critical applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
• Build scalable REST APIs and integrate with enterprise applications and third-party services
• Develop secure, high-performance backend solutions following modern design patterns and system design principles
• Work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for production environments
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation while following engineering best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Design Patterns, and System Design
• Experience with Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Messaging Services, and Multithreading
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or other RDBMS, GitLab, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
• Understanding of mobile application integration (Android/iOS) is desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred Background
• Candidates with Banking, FinTech, Digital Payments, Rewards, Coupons, Vouchers, or Financial Services domain experience will be highly preferred.
