Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Ship new features rapidly and iteratively while maintaining code quality and performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
Technical Requirements- 8+ years of strong backend development experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency in Java is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in implementing secure, high-availability REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and performance tuning.
Preferred (Good-to-Have) Technologies- Frameworks/Tools: Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike
- Monitoring & Logging: ELK stack
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Architectural Patterns: Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design
- Bonus: Prior experience with OpenShift or in the BFSI domain

Educational Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology (B.E./B.Tech/ M. Tech) – Mandatory

- Not Eligible: Candidates with degrees in B.Com, BCA, BA, MA
