Role overview
Matured and experienced IT support professional that acts as a key pillar of our internal IT operations. Local support for India users and supporting daily operations for our support team located in Belgium. Supporting the whole group based in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Hungary and US. Proactive mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with international stakeholders. Provide advanced Level 2/3 IT support for internal users across devices, operating systems, and applications
Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive IT issues Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, including endpoint management, access management, and troubleshooting
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with security and access policies Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support processes Own and manage tools/knowledge like:
o Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity) o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA o Microsoft Intune and endpoint compliance policies
o Microsoft Purview o Email security
o Network security
o Tenant to tenant migrations Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and take remediation actions Implement and continuously improve security baselines and policies Collaborate with global IT/security teams to align with organizational security standards Support audits, compliance checks, and security reviews
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Hands-on experience in a fully cloud Microsoft 365 and Microsoft security environment Solid understanding of identity management, endpoint security, and modern workplace security concepts
Experience supporting users in a global or distributed environment Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor High level of maturity, ownership, and reliability Proactive and security-first mindset Ability to work independently
Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility Service-oriented attitude with a strong sense of accountability Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, MS-102, AZ-104, …) Experience with ITIL or structured IT service management practices Exposure to compliance frameworks or security audits
