We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, stakeholder management, and handling multiple technology requirements across various domains.
The recruiter should be capable of identifying, attracting, and hiring highly skilled professionals for technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, ERP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and Infrastructure roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated with current IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
Required Skills - Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as:
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps & Kubernetes
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack
- Salesforce & ServiceNow
- Cybersecurity
- SAP / ERP Technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of technical terminologies and IT skill sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
