We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. IT Recruiter with 5–6 years of expertise in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be Pune-based and willing to work from the office. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various IT roles while ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT positions.
- Drive technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal HR and recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Mandatory to have experience in hiring for the Microsoft Dynamics industry (D365, AX, CRM, NAV, etc.)
- 5–6 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
- Experience in technical hiring and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Pune and ready for WFO.
