We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. IT Recruiter with 5–6 years of expertise in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be Pune-based and willing to work from the office. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various IT roles while ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT positions.
• Drive technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal HR and recruitment team.

Requirements:

• Mandatory to have experience in hiring for the Microsoft Dynamics industry (D365, AX, CRM, NAV, etc.)
• 5–6 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
• Experience in technical hiring and sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Pune and ready for WFO.
