Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end IT recruitment for roles like Developers, Testers & DevOps
✔ Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & referrals
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
✔ Coordinate interviews with technical panels
✔ Manage offer, negotiation & onboarding process
✔ Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers
✔ Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Good knowledge of IT roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.)
- Strong communication and sourcing skills
- Experience with recruitment tools & ATS
Preferred:
- Staffing/consultancy or corporate hiring experience
- Exposure to technical screening
