Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identifying qualified technical talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruiting
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Skilled in hiring top technical talent across various roles and levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical skills and industry trends in IT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in staffing or consulting services is an advantage
