Role Description
Oasys Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role requires collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, sourcing from multiple channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent, manage vendor relationships, and provide strategic hiring solutions for the IT domain.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience in identifying and screening candidates for technical roles such as developers, engineers, and IT specialists
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations impacting hiring practices
