Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent. They will maintain relationships with stakeholders, work closely with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies, and ensure hiring needs are met within tight timelines. This position offers the opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on consistently identifying and onboarding top technical professionals in diverse IT domains.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify skilled technical professionals
- Proficiency in Recruiting processes to ensure precision and efficiency in talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Adaptability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with the engineering, ITES, or automotive industries is a plus
