Job Description:
- Must have three plus years of experience in E2E recruitment process.
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage the End to End recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay updated on IT industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field preferred).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of IT recruitment Experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT domains, including Software Development, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Embedded Systems & Hardware.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage salary discussions and finalize offers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Tools & Systems: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
