Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior IT Recruiter based in Nellore. The Senior IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent for technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and building relationships with potential candidates. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and providing strategic recruitment solutions to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and identifying top technical talent
- Knowledge and experience in Hiring and general Recruiting practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment tools
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles is highly desirable
