Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager / Technical Architect who can lead and supervise a team of developers working on a React Native mobile application with Node.js backend for Android and iOS platforms.
The candidate should be technically strong, capable of guiding the development team, monitoring project execution, solving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery. In case of urgent technical issues, the candidate should also be able to directly handle development work and provide hands-on support.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the complete mobile app development project
• Manage and guide a team of developers working on React Native and Node.js backend
• Monitor daily development progress, timelines, and quality of deliverables
• Review code quality, architecture, and technical implementation
• Provide technical solutions and resolve critical development issues
• Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure proper deployment for Android and iOS platforms
• Handle hands-on development support whenever required
Skills Required:
• Strong experience in React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, API integration, and backend systems
• Experience in managing mobile app development teams and technical project delivery
• Strong understanding of Android & iOS deployment processes
• Knowledge of database management, cloud deployment, and application security
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
