Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and operations from our on-site location in Abroad. Key responsibilities include overseeing IT systems, ensuring data security and compliance, implementing new technologies, managing IT staff, and providing technical guidance. The Senior IT Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing, and Network Administration
- Experience with IT Strategy Development, Systems Integration, and IT Project Management
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Risk Management
- Knowledge of Software Development, Database Administration, and Application Deployment
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving technological innovation and operations optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or similar credentials are a plus
