Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), along with proven leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence, security compliance, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and data center operations.
- Experience in IT planning, budgeting, procurement, and technology evaluation.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, security standards, and governance practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High emotional intelligence with proven team management capabilities.
Certification Required
- MCSE / MCSA
- Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect
Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure Leadership
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the IT team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives.
Active Directory Management
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (Domain Controllers, Group Policies, Organizational Units).
- Monitor AD performance, replication, and security.
- Manage user lifecycle, access controls, and compliance with best practices.
Office 365 Administration
- Oversee deployment and management of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and smooth migration activities within O365 environments.
Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure & OCI)
- Manage deployment, configuration, and optimization of Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
- Implement solutions including Virtual Machines, networking, and application services.
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory standards.
Project Management
- Lead infrastructure-related projects such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, and integrations.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Security & Compliance
- Implement and monitor security controls across AD, O365, Azure, and OCI.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations.
- Manage incident response and risk mitigation strategies.
Documentation, Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex infrastructure issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
- Develop and track KPIs related to system performance, uptime, and security.
- Prepare executive-level reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
