Job Title: Senior IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. IT Executive to manage our digital infrastructure, websites, and internal technical operations. This role blends website management, basic digital marketing tech support, application coordination, data reporting, and IT support.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of our digital platforms, supporting internal teams, and enhancing user experience across our applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage web hosting environments using cPanel, including email account creation, log monitoring, troubleshooting server discrepancies, and plugin updates to ensure system stability.
- Maintain and optimize official websites, including basic UI/visual updates, SEO keyword implementation, and element-level adjustments based on business requirements.
- Administer WordPress websites by handling content uploads/edits, monitoring usage analytics, resolving plugin conflicts, and implementing security best practices for site health.
- Manage lead flow operations by collecting and distributing leads from Meta Ads Manager and other platforms to respective internal teams.
- Utilize automation tools for lead generation, broadcasting communications, chat automation, and workflow optimization.
- Generate and analyze operational reports related to app downloads, user registrations, and platform engagement metrics.
- Perform database-level troubleshooting to identify and resolve user-side issues caused by data conflicts or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate and oversee application development lifecycle, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and collaborating with developers for bug resolution and feature progress.
- Manage operational tech platforms, including access control, maintenance, and ensuring seamless daily execution of technical workflows.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for franchise members and employees on application usage and other technology services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by employees during day-to-day operations, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years minimum IT experience
- Experience with WordPress website management
- Hands-on knowledge of cPanel / hosting environments
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
- Exposure to lead management tools / automation platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams
- Good communication and training skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager / CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of databases and analytics tools
