Senior IT cum ERP Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Pune
Experience: 7–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Highrise ERP software.
- Provide ERP support to Sales, CRM, Accounts, HR & Admin.
- Generate MIS and management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, backups, and system security.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and biometric devices.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and email issues.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and AMC records.
- Install/update operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.
- Train employees on ERP usage and IT best practices.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and internet vendors.
- Ensure smooth IT infrastructure across offices.
- Maintain IT documentation, ERP processes, and SOPs.
Requirements:
7–10 years of relevant experience
Real Estate industry background is mandatory
