Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior IT Bench Sales professional based in Hyderabad, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing the end-to-end bench sales process, proactively identifying and engaging with clients to identify business opportunities, and marketing IT consultants to different IT staffing requirements. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining up-to-date documentation of sales activities. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to achieve placement targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Network Security
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
- Proven experience in IT bench sales and a solid understanding of the recruiting cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and work independently
- Knowledge of the U.S. IT recruitment process and visa classifications (H1B, CPT, OPT, etc.) is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred
