About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT ALM Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) landscape. This role is central to enabling efficient, scalable, and high-quality software and product development processes across the organization.
You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to architect end-to-end ALM solutions that support requirements management, development, testing, release, and traceability. Your work will directly contribute to improving development efficiency, governance, and product quality.
In addition to strong technical expertise, this role requires excellent personal and consulting skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and engineering teams, facilitating discussions and workshops to identify process improvements and opportunities. The ideal candidate can bridge business needs and technical capabilities, helping teams fully leverage ALM tools and practices to maximize value and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise ALM solutions and frameworks
- Define ALM architecture standards, governance models, and best practices
- Integrate ALM platforms with related enterprise systems (PLM, DevOps, CI/CD, ERP, etc.)
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of ALM environments
- Lead ALM tool selection, upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and development needs into technical solutions
- Establish traceability across requirements, development, testing, and release processes
- Mentor teams on ALM best practices and modern software lifecycle methodologies
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in development processes
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ALM architecture and implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ALM platforms and toolchains
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and data management
- Experience with scripting, automation, and tool customization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale, global ALM deployments
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid development frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based ALM environments (Codebeamer preferred)
- ALM or DevOps certifications
- Background in regulated or engineering-driven industries
