This role is based at client location - Mumbai, only considering candidates who are based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, client-ready investment product marketing materials for global distribution, focusing on structured products. This includes overall offering pitchbooks, product-specific sales presentations, and digital assets such as landing pages and campaign collateral.
- Develop clear, compelling, and sales-oriented content that translates complex investment concepts and product features into accessible, visually engaging materials.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all marketing communications meet applicable regulatory requirements (including FINMA, MAS, and MiFID II standards where relevant). Manage content lifecycle via the bank’s Content Management System (CMS) and SharePoint, ensuring version control, proper tagging, and accessibility for frontline staff.
- Leverage feedback from Relationship Managers and sales teams to continuously refine messaging, layout, and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Design and maintain dynamic content templates to streamline production and improve efficiency across recurring deliverables.
- Support broader sales servicing initiatives, including the preparation of materials for flagship programmes such as Market Outlook campaigns, Weekly Top Convictions meetings, investment opportunities and many more.
Skills Requirement:
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing material creation, ideally with 2-3 years of experience in private banking, asset management, or wealth management, with proven exposure to investment products.
- Demonstrable experience in developing high-impact marketing and sales materials, including pitchbooks, brochures, presentation decks, and digital content.
- High affinity for design and creating visually engaging materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong skills in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with CMS tools.
- Experience working with content management systems in a regulated environment; knowledge of Bloomberg & Morningstar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment terminology in wealth management. Project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compliant narratives for diverse audiences.
