Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management operations, lease administration, and handle commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating leases, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver efficient property solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Strong knowledge of Leases and Lease Negotiations
- Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operations
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in managing multi-property portfolios is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant real estate management software tools
