Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Investment Manager, based in Gurugram. The Senior Investment Manager will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, developing and executing investment strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data to optimize performance. The role will involve creating detailed reports, making data-driven recommendations, identifying emerging opportunities, and collaborating with relevant teams to achieve financial goals. The individual is also expected to provide strategic insights, foster investor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investment Management and developing effective Investment Strategies
- Proficiency in conducting financial analysis and utilizing Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- In-depth knowledge of Investments and Finance to identify growth opportunities and maximize returns
- Proven leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are an advantage
- Experience in real estate or property-related sectors is a plus
