🚨 Urgent Hiring: Senior International Business Development (LATAM)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: Pharmaceutical (Finished Formulation)
🔹 Job Summary -
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior International Business Development Manager to drive business growth in global markets, with a strong focus on Latin America (LATAM) for our Finished Formulation portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong international sales experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve export objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities -
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, especially LATAM countries.
-Expand and manage international client networks for Finished Formulation products.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and regulatory partners.
-Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
-Coordinate with regulatory, production, and supply chain teams for product registration and timely delivery.
-Prepare business proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
-Travel internationally (LATAM region) for client meetings and distributor management
-Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
-Collaborate effectively with internal teams
🔹 Required Experience & Skills -
-6–10 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development (Pharma – Finished Formulation)
-Strong exposure to export markets, especially LATAM.
-Proven experience in handling international clients.
-Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and product registration.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-Ability to work independently and achieve global sales targets.
-Willingness to travel internationally.
-Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)
