Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Drive procurement, vendor negotiations, and material planning.
- Monitor project progress, resolve risks, and report to management.
- Ensure successful project completion and client/stakeholder handover.
