Role Description The Senior Interior Designer (Whitefield) will lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion in an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This full-time position involves meeting clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications. The role includes coordinating FF&E selections, managing vendors and contractors, and overseeing site execution to ensure design quality and timely delivery. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with strong ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings for translating design concepts into buildable plans.
- Proficiency in FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials suited to residential projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Competence in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience leading residential interior design projects, preferably at a senior level.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
