Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and managing interior spaces, formulating creative and practical solutions for clients, and overseeing space planning and layout development. Additional responsibilities include creating detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects. You will also be expected to maintain project schedules, budgets, and up-to-date knowledge of design trends and materials.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and proficiency in Interior Design
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and experience in preparing Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E components for various projects
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Experience in client communication and a proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local and international design trends and sustainability practices is a plus
