Job Title : Senior Interior Designer & Sales Executive
Location : Bhiwandi Kalyan (Bypass)
Department : Interior Design / Sales
Experience Required : 4–8 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Senior Interior Designer & Sales Executive who can manage client interactions, create innovative interior concepts, and convert leads into successful projects. The candidate should have strong design knowledge along with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and material selections.
Coordinate with production, vendors, and execution teams.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Ensure timely project completion with quality standards.
Suggest creative and practical design solutions.
Sales Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and online client inquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed projects.
Give product and design presentations to clients.
Prepare quotations and project proposals.
Follow up with clients for approvals and closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Interior Design concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Sales negotiation and client handling ability.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
Material and furniture knowledge.
Team coordination and leadership skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Additional sales or marketing knowledge will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Creative mindset with commercial understanding.
Confident in client presentations and sales conversion.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and site coordination.
Salary : 45K- 65K
