Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Bengaluru on-site. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, managing end-to-end interior design projects, and ensuring all work aligns with customer requirements and organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, selecting FF&E, and offering creative solutions to meet project deadlines and budgets. The role demands strong project management skills and a commitment to excellence and innovation in interior design.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and creating optimized layouts for residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong background in Architecture and proficiency in developing Construction Drawings to meet project specifications.
- Proficiency in Interior Design, with a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and functional design solutions.
- Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination for cohesive interior spaces.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the interior design industry.
- Additional familiarity with Indian market preferences and trends is a plus.
