Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and overseeing project execution. Responsibilities include preparing detailed design presentations, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to align with the client’s vision. The role requires managing teams of designers, collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Strong proficiency in Architecture and creating accurate Construction Drawings
- Proven experience with FF&E, including selection, sourcing, and material knowledge
- Ability to manage and mentor design teams, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design projects is an advantage
