Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will lead and oversee the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects, ensuring creativity and alignment with client requirements. Responsibilities include space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, selecting and managing FF&E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires a proactive approach to project management and the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a focus on creating aesthetic and functional environments.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into precise and realistic designs.
- Experience working with FF&E, including sourcing, selection, and specification of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ability to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and guide teams to successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent) and a strong portfolio of prior projects showcasing creative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
- Previous experience working on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
