About This Role
VITTI Living is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead our luxury interior and modular projects in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong foundation in modular design, premium materials, and architectural excellence. You will guide design consultations, manage client presentations, direct material selections, and lead a team of junior designers. We are looking for someone with outstanding design thinking and a deep understanding of interior trends within the luxury and HNI segment.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Client Consultation
- Lead client meetings, design consultations, and high-end design presentations with a strict client-first approach.
- Develop unique, solution-centric design ideas that align with VITTI Living's focus on craftsmanship and premium modular systems.
- Serve as the primary bridge between the sales and design departments to ensure client requirements translate into highly functional layouts.
- Guide material selection meetings and curate finishes that meet the expectations of the HNI market.
Showroom & Brand Strategy
- Create and manage luxury showroom presentation designs.
- Lead the interior design strategy and spatial planning for all new store launches.
- Collaborate directly with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual language across store presentations and external media.
- Monitor current design trends to keep the brand relevant in the luxury furniture market.
Technical & Cross-Team Leadership
- Mentor and lead a team of junior interior designers.
- Review and approve production drawings to ensure precise technical execution.
- Explain design concepts clearly to the operations and production teams to guarantee accurate manufacturing.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth project lifecycles from concept to final installation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in luxury residential interiors and modular designing.
- High proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape.
- Superior communication skills for effective client management and internal team coordination.
- Strong ability to review technical production drawings and solve structural challenges.
