Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing interior design concepts, creating space plans, preparing detailed construction drawings, and managing the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role also involves project management, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings
- Experience in specifying and selecting Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent design sensibilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for client and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end residential and commercial projects is highly desirable
