Job details:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring timely project delivery with exceptional design quality.
Key Responsibilities:
.Lead projects from concept design to final execution.
Understand client requirements and present innovative design solutions.
Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and detailed working drawings.
Develop BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor quality, timelines, and design implementation.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with design standards.
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
4- 5 years of professional experience in residential, commercial interiors
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project execution.
Required Skills
Excellent design visualization and space planning.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and rendering software (Enscape/Lumion/3ds Max or similar).
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently.
