We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer – Design Lead to join Studio Elemental and become a key part of our growing studio.
At Studio Elemental, we believe thoughtful interiors come from a balance of creativity, clarity, leadership, and execution. This role is for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to both design development and project delivery.

What You’ll Do
• Leading and managing projects from concept development to execution and handover
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, presentations, and design discussions
• Taking ownership of design development while aligning project vision, timelines, and budgets
• Preparing and overseeing working drawings, detailing, and documentation required for execution
• Coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Managing junior designers, 3D visualizers, and interns while maintaining accountability within the team
• Delegating tasks effectively and maintaining workflow across multiple projects
• Conducting site visits and ensuring execution aligns with design intent
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• 4–7 years of experience in residential and commercial interiors
• Prior experience in a design studio is mandatory
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, spatial planning, and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, D5, and presentation tools
• Ability to independently lead projects and manage client communication
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking as well as executed work
