Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects for corporate office spaces, from concept development to final execution. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai and involves close collaboration with clients, architects, project managers, and contractors to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E specifications, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee design quality, guide junior team members, participate in site visits and design reviews, and support project timelines, budgets, and documentation throughout the design and build process.

Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture and fixture specifications.
- Proficiency in Space Planning for corporate office environments, optimizing layouts for functionality, flexibility, and user experience.
- Solid Architecture and Construction Drawings capabilities, including detailing, coordination with MEP services, and design documentation for execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects, preferably mid- to large-scale office spaces.
- Competence with design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
