Key Responsibilities
Design & Consultation
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences
Prepare and oversee:
AutoCAD drawings
Layout planning
Concept presentations
Guide clients in selecting:
Materials
Finishes
Color combinations
Deliver functional, practical, and aesthetically strong design solutions
Sales & Client Management
Engage with prospective and walk-in clients
Present customized design proposals
Build strong client relationships and trust
Convert enquiries into confirmed projects
Handle pricing discussions confidently and professionally
Generate repeat business and referrals
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with design and execution teams
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Contribute to overall team performance and business growth
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
