Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Dubai. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects for luxury hotels and properties. Responsibilities include creating innovative design solutions, managing space planning and layouts, producing detailed construction drawings, and sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors will be key to successfully delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and the ability to integrate design seamlessly with construction and structural parameters.
- Expertise in producing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in sourcing, curating, and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with project visions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree/ Certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Prior experience in hospitality design is highly desirable.
