About the Role:
Company is looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and boutique commercial projects from concept to completion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead concept development, space planning, materials, lighting & FF&E
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines and resources
• Oversee technical drawings, documentation and quality control
• Lead, mentor and manage design teams
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Drive design excellence, project efficiency and business development
🔹 Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant interior design experience
• Strong portfolio in high-end residential / boutique commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite
• V-Ray / Lumion experience is an added advantage
• Strong design sensibility with a modern, minimalist aesthetic
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
