Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Bengaluru. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed space plans, developing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with clients, vendors, and project teams. The role requires maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality while adhering to client needs and the studio’s design philosophy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and ability to produce detailed Construction Drawings.
- Experience in selecting and sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) with a focus on quality and sustainability.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple design projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
