We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead who can take charge of projects, lead a team, and turn ideas on a moodboard into beautifully executed spaces.
What You’ll Own
* Lead interior projects from concept to final execution
* Manage and mentor a team of 4 designers
* Drive concepts, layouts, materials and overall design direction
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams
* Take ownership of on-site execution
* Manage timelines, quality and all the tiny details that make a space come together
You’d Be a Great Fit If
* You have 4-5 years of interior design experience
* You have strong on-site execution exposure
* You have a sharp design eye and strong attention to detail
* You’re confident in leading both people and projects
* You can take ownership and drive a project independently from concept to completion
