WE’RE HIRING | Senior Interior Designer / Senior Architect
📍 Gurugram | Experience: 4- 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client consultations and understand residential interior design requirements.
* Pitch design solutions and convert potential clients into confirmed projects.
* Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
* Understand the complete interior design process, from planning and design to execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
* Develop efficient processes and ensure attention to detail in every stage.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in pitching and converting clients for residential interior projects.
* Strong client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A solution-oriented, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
* Ability to take ownership and independently manage client relationships.
