🏢 INSAIGE DESIGNS | Hiring Senior Interior Designer
📍Surat, Gujarat | Full-Time
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing studio in a full-time leadership role.
This position is ideal for a designer who can lead projects end-to-end, deliver high-quality visualizations, and manage teams with confidence and clarity.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving projects from concept to execution—ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and seamless coordination with clients and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete interior design projects from concept to completion
• Create high-end 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and working drawings
• Prepare BOQs, budgets, and material schedules
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and supervise execution
• Mentor junior designers and review design output
Required Skills
• 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp Pro, AutoCAD, D5 Render (Expert)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Expert)
• Strong command of Excel for BOQs and budgeting
• Working knowledge of Lumion / Revit / Adobe Suite
Qualifications
• B.Arch / B.Des / Interior Design
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong portfolio across residential/commercial projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
