Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design schemes, preparing presentations, and coordinating with clients and project stakeholders. The Senior Interior Designer will create detailed space plans, oversee construction drawings, select FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution. Day-to-day responsibilities.The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical precision, and strong communication to deliver high-quality, luxury interiors.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience in high-end residential or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and layout optimization to create functional, aesthetically cohesive environments.
- Hands-on experience with Construction Drawings and documentation, including coordination with project teams.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, with an eye for quality, detail, and luxury finishes.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor design teams and work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensibility and completed interior projects.
