Honey Badger Homes is expanding, and we’re looking for a creative & passionate Interior Designer to join our team in Gurugram! 🏠✨
Position: Interior Designer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and develop design concepts
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, material selections & presentations
• Create detailed drawings and 3D designs
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors & project teams
• Take projects from design stage to execution
• Ensure quality, timelines and client satisfaction

✔️ Strong knowledge of interior design & materials
✔️ Good communication and presentation skills
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D software and related tools
✔️ Creative approach with attention to detail
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects

- Expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, with an eye for quality, detail, and luxury finishes.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor design teams and work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensibility and completed interior projects.
