Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong creative vision, technical knowledge, client-handling skills, and experience managing site execution and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and presentations
- Create detailed layouts, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Manage project timelines, vendors, contractors, and site execution
- Prepare working drawings and technical detailing
- Supervise junior designers and ensure quality standards
- Visit project sites regularly and solve execution challenges
- Stay updated with latest interior trends, materials, and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 2+ years of professional interior design experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong material knowledge and site coordination experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
