About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Designer to join our design team and support the execution of premium retail projects across global luxury brands.
The role involves creating highly detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and manufacturing drawings that will be used directly by our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in retail fit-outs, furniture detailing, joinery, and manufacturing documentation, with the ability to deliver production-ready drawings that meet international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and manufacturing drawings for execution.
- Develop production-ready technical documentation for retail fit-out projects.
- Produce detailed joinery, furniture, retail fixture, and metalwork drawings.
- Prepare material specifications, finishes, hardware schedules, and construction details.
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate, coordinated, and ready for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the Dubai Design Team throughout project execution.
- Support the production team by resolving technical queries and updating drawings when required.
- Ensure compliance with international retail design, manufacturing, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all technical documentation.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Design.
- Experience in luxury retail fit-outs or premium commercial interiors is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience as Senior Technical Designer, Technical Design Lead, or Design Manager will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in preparing production drawings is mandatory.
