As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project objectives.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, and mood boards.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D designs and visual presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, hardware, fabrics, and décor elements.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and execution quality.
- Resolve on-site design challenges and provide practical design solutions.
- Present design proposals confidently and manage client meetings independently.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining the studio's design standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, construction details, and interior execution.
- Excellent design sense with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coordinate teams effectively.
Software Skills
Candidates should be proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential and commercial turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of working drawings and execution detailing.
- BOQ preparation and material specification.
- Vendor coordination and site management.
- Time management and project planning.
- Ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA (based on experience, portfolio, technical skills, performance, and leadership capabilities).
