We're Hiring | Senior Interior Designer / Studio Manager
📍 Ahmedabad | Full-time | ETH Design Studio
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer / Studio Manager to lead projects, manage studio operations, and mentor our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop space planning, layouts, material palettes, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution progress.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers while assigning daily tasks.
- Review drawings, presentations, and site work to ensure design quality.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and execution coordination.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, quotations, and reports.
- Maintain organized project records and studio documentation.
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth team workflow.
- Support the Founder in project planning, reporting, and studio growth.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong knowledge of design development, detailing, and site execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
